Official Terms & Conditions of Participation
1. DEFINITIONS
"The Programme" refers to the Easter Revision Course delivered by EduWin.
"The Professional Standard" refers to the behavioral and attendance requirements detailed in Section 2.
"The Target Grade" refers to the specific academic grade agreed upon by the Tutor and Student on Day 1 of the Programme.
"The Triple Crown" refers to a booking of three (3) distinct subjects by a single student.
2. ELIGIBILITY: THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARD
Eligibility for any reward is not automatic; it is earned through conduct. To remain eligible for the Jackpot, the Student must adhere to the following Professional Standard throughout the Programme:
2.1 Attendance
The Student must achieve 100% attendance. Any unauthorized absence results in immediate disqualification. Lateness exceeding 15 minutes counts as an absence.
Exception: Medical emergencies verified by a doctor's note may be accommodated at the discretion of the Programme Director.
2.2 Work Ethic
The Student must complete 100% of assigned tasks, including in-class activities and evening homework, to the satisfaction of the Tutor.
2.3 Conduct
Any student removed from a session for behavioral issues or disrupting the learning of others will forfeit their eligibility immediately.
3. THE TARGET GRADE
3.1 Setting the Target
On Day 1, the Tutor and Student will review the Student's most recent school mock results. A "Target Grade" will be set, which must be a "Stretch Target" (typically one grade higher than the current working level).
3.2 Non-Exam Years (AS-Level)
For students not sitting public exams in 2026, the Target Grade will be measured against an Internal Assessment (Proctored Mock Exam) administered by EduWin in May/June 2026.
4. REWARD STRUCTURE & "TRIPLE CROWN" RULES
4.1 The Incentive
If the Student achieves or exceeds the Target Grade in the official August 2026 exams (or Internal Assessment), they are entitled to the Reward.
4.2 Single Subject Rate
- GCSE: £50 Amazon Gift Card per subject
- A-Level/AS: £100 Amazon Gift Card per subject
4.3 The "Triple Crown" Bonus
Students who book 3 subjects are eligible for an enhanced "Bundle Reward" if they achieve the Target Grade in all three subjects.
- GCSE Triple Crown: £200 Total Amazon Gift Card
- A-Level Triple Crown: £500 Total Amazon Gift Card
4.4 The "Fair Play" Fallback Clause
If a Triple Crown student achieves the Target Grade in only 1 or 2 subjects, they do not receive the Bonus Rate. Instead, their reward reverts to the Standard Single Subject Rate for the specific subjects passed.
Example:
An A-Level student achieves Targets in 2 out of 3 subjects. They will receive £200 (£100 × 2), not £0.
5. CLAIMING THE REWARD (EVIDENCE & DEADLINES)
5.1 Evidence
The Guardian must email a clear scan or photograph of the Official Statement of Results (issued by the Exam Board/JCQ) to hello@eduwin.co.uk.
5.2 Deadline
All claims must be received within 60 days of the official National Results Day.
Claims received after this 60-day window will be void.
5.3 Payment
Upon verification of the results, the Digital Amazon Gift Card code will be emailed to the Guardian's registered email address within 14 days.
6. LIMITATIONS
- The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- EduWin reserves the right to disqualify any claim where the Statement of Results appears altered or forged.
THE "PLAIN ENGLISH" SUMMARY
By enrolling in this programme, you agree to the following ground rules for the Reward Scheme:
You have to show up.
100% attendance and homework completion is required to qualify. If you slack off, you disqualify yourself.
We aim high.
We set the Target Grade together on Day 1. It will be challenging but realistic (usually one grade above your mocks).
The "Triple Crown" Safety Net.
If you aim for 3 subjects but only hit the target in 2, you still get paid for the 2 you won. You never leave empty-handed for a success.
The Deadline.
You must email us your Results Sheet within 60 days of Results Day. If you wait until Christmas, the offer has expired.
The Payout.
All rewards are paid as Digital Amazon Gift Cards sent to the parent's email.
