EduWin
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At EduWin, we are committed to providing elite educational support. Because we strictly cap our masterclasses at a maximum of 6-8 students to ensure the highest quality of teaching, securing a seat prevents another student from booking that space.
As such, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy in place to protect the integrity of our small class sizes.
1. Programme Cancellations & Refunds
If your plans change and your child can no longer attend their pre-booked course or scheduled lesson, we are happy to process a refund provided you meet the following notice period:
Eligible for Refund
You must notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the programme.
Processing Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a 2% payment processing fee. This covers the non-refundable charges levied by our payment gateway providers and will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount.
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are strictly non-refundable. At this late stage, we are unable to fill the vacant seat in our 6-person squads.
2. Flexible One-to-One Lesson Bundles
For students utilising our flexible One-to-One lesson packages:
- •If you wish to cancel your entire remaining bundle, the same 7-day notice period and 2% processing fee apply to the unspent balance.
- •For cancelling or rescheduling individual 1:1 sessions within an active bundle, please provide your tutor with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the hour being deducted from your package.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please email our administrative team at support@eduwin.co.uk with the following details:
- •The student's name
- •The course/programme booked
- •The date of the booking
- •Your reason for cancellation
4. Processing Times
Once your refund request is received and approved, the funds (minus the 2% processing fee) will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
